We are a small local family firm, based in Stockport.

North West Property Options was formed after we discovered there was a massive hole in the market for selling houses.

The only viable route to sell your home had been to list with an Estate Agent, and this generally is a good service that meets their requirements, however for some people speed is of the essence and in this current market, this route could take many months.

People were being forced to go down this route because there was no real alternative. We discovered there was a CRYING NEED for people to sell their homes quickly, but this just wasn't possible. People, who needed to sell their houses fast, looked for viable alternatives, however, the more they tried, the more frustrated they got:

• people were missing out on buying their dream home because they couldn't sell their own home quickly enough
